Tasting Room Associate
Chacewater Winery and Olive Mill is seeking a Tasting Room Associate.
Our tasting room is located in Kelseyville. We are looking for candidates who are personable, upbeat, and committed to an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities include guiding guests through wine tasting flights, conducting wine & olive sales and wine/olive club sign ups, scheduling reservations, and assisting as necessary. Looking for a Saturday Sunday start schedule. Must have flexibility during the week and weekends, as well as some holidays. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 50 lbs. Must be 21 yrs. old and maintain a valid driver s license.

Qualification/Requirements
1
year tasting room experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to host small groups
POS (Commerce 7) & Computer proficiency (Mac and PC)
Consistent and reliable
Strong attention to detail and a general commitment to quality in all aspects of work
Must be able to work weekends, some holidays
Compensation will be determined on an individual basis with an hourly rate, incentives and opportunity for tips.
